Following $TEN’s successful launch on Coinone, on February 23rd, Tenet held its first Korean AMA with DVP Network, introducing the Tenet project and the strategic partnership between Tenet and DVP to the Korean communities. Host: Could you give an introduction of Tenet?
Steve: Tenet is a DeFi Layer 2 Facility on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, etc.
Tenet is committed to building connectors and toolkits in the DeFi that provides liquidity accelerators, liquidity operation tools, DeFi trading aggregator, long tail asset lending solutions, etc.
The basic function of Tenet is serving as a cross-chain Automated Market Maker (AMM) connector that provides a decentralized Liquidity Tap for various tokens. The Liquidity Tap is the powerhouse of the Liquidity Pool, employing a dynamic algorithm to give the Liquidity Providers fairer, richer and more efficient incentives. Thus, Tenet has the ability to attract more token holders to provide liquidity overtime.

As of February 20, 2021, there have been almost 100 live liquidity taps who are using Tenet Liquidity Tap function for their smart distribution of token rewards.

Host: Thank you for your informative answer. Now that there are so many DeFi projects on the market, what do you think are the core advantages that make TENET stand out?
Steve: First, Tenet is the first whitelabel geyser solution that all DeFi projects can use to quickly spin up incentivized liquidity pools on various protocols across Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum. Other blockchains will be included soon.
For token holders, Tenet provides a smarter and more convenient solution, and ensures fair allocation of mining rewards through the optimization of the algorithms of initial mining incentives and LP token pools. Based on the idle funds and unallocated rewards, Tenet also has huge potential to explore the long-tail asset lending market.
Second, Tenet develops the proprietary DeFi Aggregate Trading Tool, to support liquidity provider’s one-click participation in mining and withdrawal, and to discover the optimal capital flow path which combines frequent operations including deposit, swap, withdrawal, etc. among various platforms.

Host: What’s Liquidity Tap, how does it work and how it’s different from Liquidity Pools?
Steve: The Liquidity Tap is the powerhouse of the Liquidity Pool, employing a dynamic algorithm to give the Liquidity Providers fairer, richer and more efficient incentives.
Currently, there are two approaches (without Tenet Liquidity Tap) for liquidity demand-side (projects) to distribute incentives.
i. Through snapshot. LPs could acquire the holdings for each snapshot at specific address and specific time to distribute the rewards manually, which lacks efficiency and transparency.
ii. Through smart contract developed by themselves. This approach, to some extent, requires the time and ability to develop incentive models and smart contract, which is very risky if any potential loophole exists.
Based on Tenet Liquidity Tap, projects can benefit from the following 4 core advantages:
i. Save the time and efforts of distributing rewards manually or creating smart contracts by themselves while avoiding the potential risks.
ii. It only takes a few minutes to create a liquidity tap that supports multi-chains (eg. BSC+ETH) and cross-platforms (eg. PancakeSwap+Uni+Sushi).
In addition to customizing the basic parameters of reward distribution, projects can also customize the mining speed, distribution speed, and integrate the compound model of mining + staking as well.
iii. For projects, instead of taking away their LPs, Tenet manages to strengthen the incentives for their LPs. Through providing liquidity for the project, LPs can receive double incentives including both project rewards and TEN rewards.
iv. For users of the projects, Tenet toolkit can help users participate in and exit all the pools of the project with just one click, no matter the pools are multi-chain or cross-platform. Tenet has completed the development of the DeFi trading aggregator to realize the optimal path detection for mining + trading.

Steve: The utilities of TEN token:
i. TEN captures fees on Tenet. 100 TEN will be charged as a fee to create liquidity taps on Tenet, 50% of the liquidity tap creation fees will be burned in order to strengthen TEN’s tokenomics. What’s more, fees charged and proportion of TEN burned can be adjusted through community governance.
ii. TEN is the governance token of Tenet. To make a governance proposal, it’s required to have 1% TEN, based on the current amount of TEN. Members with TEN governance right can participate in the limited governing of Tenet toolkits’ parameters.
